hey i noticed that the events were posted officialy but who posted us for the gathering and events to move from the con fountains to the hilton fountains??? im not mad i just would like som1 to fess up. but if it may be for our best interest than does anyone here have pictures of the fountains for the hilton???

From what it looks like, after-gathering events - the cake contest and the "Red Light, Green Light" game - are listed in the Official Gathering list. I'm guessing that maybe it's easier to have both the gathering and the after-gathering events in the same location, in a location where there's not that much foot traffic and a ton of room to do what we want to do without having do deal with the main traffic coming in and out of the main doors of the convention center.

I've never been there before, so I'm not too sure :P
It is a good idea to maybe move it there, but terrible for those of us that have no clue where to go XD Is it like, a short walk away? My parents are following me and MistressWinter around and my Mom can't walk too far without having to rest for a few minutes, so it could be a bit of a problem.

Me and MistressWinter are still un-confirmed, seeing as we still don't have our cosplays yet, but I'm pretty sure we will be able to make it. C:

hey guys just a general ? i was wondering if would anyone like to volenteer to bring cake, a few folding tables, and chairs??? also im going to start a list for those wanting to particpate in the events so any who wants in just give me a post here and ill add you to my list

I could try to bring a few chairs, we won't have that much room in our car but I can keep them in my lap C:
I'm also going to try to bring some cookies, since a cake would more then likely melt in the car before we got there XD

Hm, possibly we can get some chairs and tables from Fanime. We'll just have to ask the staff. But I am not sure myself if I can stay for the cake eating contest. Although, I think I can bring a cake for you guys as well. I'll see what I can do for that.
