Back in 1979, about thirty years ago, Hayao Miyazaki made his directorial debut with Lupin III: Castle of Cagliostro. Even now in modern times, it is considered to be one of Miyazaki's best films, as well as one of the greatest animated movies of all time.

Who else agrees? ;)

I don't know about "greatest animated movies of all time". That's a pretty bold statement even for something in the anime field.

If it's his films though, I would have to say I liked Porco Rosso the most.

I can't say I have ever watched this movie, but considering it's made by Hayao Miyazaki, I cannot deny that it is likely a great movie like most of his work.
