I'd like people to post ideas for the following skits:
"Scenes from a Hat" - Suggest a scene for the improv actors.
"Whose Line" - Suggest a line of dialogue!
"World's Worst" - Suggestions for a Worlds' Worst something.

I'm not sure if you're just using those three games due to time constraints/etc, but here are a few I had ready when we did the show the first year for Stage Zero(don't know if these will work for you, but its worth a shot):
Questions(also known as 'questions only')
Actors are only allowed to speak in questions; if they can not, they are buzzed out and another person comes in to the scene replacing the previous person, going back and forth for as long as possible.
Quick change
The actors are given a scene to act out, with another person standing to one side with a microphone. As the scene progresses, the person with the microphone is instructed to call out "change" and force the actor to change what they had just said until the person off-stage is satisfied.
Stand, sit, bend
While performing, one of the actors must always be standing up straight, one must be sitting down, and one must be bending over(no pun intended). The main idea is for the actors to be jumping from the floor to a standing position and then leaning over and then back on the floor again, all while maintaining fluid dialogue. (Also, the actors might try to tie the positions in with the scenario.)
