You should not pay attention to any of the advice in this Guide.
It is not very good.
Go over to this (http://forums.fanime.com/index.php/topic,10753.0.html).
That is a good guide for Fanime.

I agree with this one. It has better input for better time at Fanime for both HEALTH and fun.
