Nerf guns.

are we allowed to have nerf guns at the convention? i tried looking for the answer with the search box but the only results i got were a bunch of people arguing about constructive suggestions. i know that replica firearms aren't allowed but nerf guns aren't replicas. also, is there any way to contact the fanime staff directly? i can't find a contact link anywhere.

I believe the Con piece bonds Nerf guns too.
But as long as you dot go shooting it at people it should be all right.

projectile weapons = no....as harmless as a nerf gun may seem...still a no

toy guns are only allowed if they have no moving parts...gotta clearly look like a toy from far away too

I saw a girl with one of those huge NERF Longshot rifles (painted silver) last year and someone told me she had to remove all the springs and loaders inside the toy to render it useless other than a prop. and she was not peace bonded... probably due to the size, smaller NERF toys probably have to get bonded or be kept holstered.
