Tap Water Quality/Waterfountains

In trying to do my part, I've done my best to avoid buying plastic water bottles, especially bottled water.
Up here in Marin, we have great tap water, and most people just fill up their metal waterbottles and go. I'd like to be able to do this for Fanime to save money.
I'm curious as to the quality of the tap water in the San Jose area. Also, are there ample water fountains at the convention center to fill up at?

Are you worried about the actual quality of the water or the sanitary conditions of how it's being dispensed?
San Jose's tap/water quality is one of the best in the US.

There were plenty of water coolers inside the convention center last year, especially in the Marriott wing, but I'm not sure about actual water fountains.
