First want to wish everyone a Happy Valentines Day!
I have updated the 1st post, but not all the gatherings/events that have sent me pm's are listed. I have sent out reply pm's so check your boxes.
I am currently waiting on Code Geass for Saturday & Kuroshitsuji w/ Kuroshitsuji tea party as returning 60+ gatherings. Please send me a PM soon with your info.
If you are planning on having your gathering/event on Thursday, Friday, or Monday feel free to shoot me the pm with all your info (don't forget your name info in part 2b) so once finalized I can get your info onto the list.
Currently sitting at 24 gatherings of 72 possible listed & 6 of 10 events listed. If you are running an event please prepare to send me your pm (aka get your info finalized :) )

With the announcement of a change in day (going back to how it used to be) of the Cosplay Spectacular I am postponing any updates to the Official list until all the 60+ Returning gatherings have confirmed their Submission Request info with me (VIA PM PLEASE)

TO ALL other gatherings and events: PLEASE WAIT to verify any changes until the above gatherings have confirmed their information with me. I will then open Submission confirmation to anyone who has PM'd me their completed info. These will be processed by the date they were received completed (yes, I have all that written down :) )

Only then can we move forward with the official list. I'm sorry for any frustrations this may cause. I had confirmation of the information this morning and I'm letting you know ASAP.

Also: The Cosplayer Hangout is scheduled to be in the Market Room (room by the bar) of the Hilton Hotel. There will be a water station, some tables & chairs, a cosplayer to cosplayer repair kit for those emergency repairs, and it is a "Photo FREE Zone" meaning you won't have to worry about posing for photos and you can really relax for a moment. YAY lol i cosplay Free(magic immortal werewolf)[prison escape and battle ready]  and the recent con's i have gone to have not had soul eater gatherings and i don't see soul eater on the Master list yet!!!!

The moment so many have been waiting for.... The first post has been updated!

Kuroshitsuji is NOT listed, but still retains returning status, but I can no longer wait for the information to be PM'd to me. When they submit their info they will still be allowed 1 hr in their location, but after 60 days of waiting I can not give them precedence on 1st choice of time and location.

A NOTE TO ALL ORGANIZERS: Due to the delays of this year any large 60+ gatherings in 2012 will ONLY have 14 days from the opening of Submission Requests to submit their large gathering request to me. Any other gatherings that one of these organizers may have will have another 7 days to submit the info. I would PREFER to have it all at once, but it appears the standard number of gatherings and events will stay quite large so I offer a 7 day extension.

Now, for our current Multi Gatherings organizers: with the list updated I would like to see the few remaining multi organizers to gather their info and submit their PM to me ASAP. All other organizers can still send me their submission requests (via PM) but be sure to include your name portion that is listed in post #4 of this thread.

Your Photography Order is not required yet. This is done during Confirmation which will start May 4, 2011.

That's it for now and I hope everyone had fun during their St. Patrick's Day! All those green drinks! Loved the Mint Grasshopper Milkshake I had :)

BTW... there are 36 of a potential 78 gatherings urls listed.... WOW! if they all get on the official list that would be more than last year! Yeah for VARIETY!

for Sunday because its a big Gathering, and I want to
