So today has been busy!
Forum clean up is complete with 65 locked pages of threads! This helps keep the 2013 info up to date and at the cospeeps fingers!

AND... The 1st post of the "Official Gatherings & Events" list!

@ Organizers: Look for pm's &/or posts in your threads for info from me. Confirmation is around the corner so it is time to update your first posts, work on your photo orders and get an assistant of two if your #'s expected have grown larger than you want to handle alone :P

If you haven't PM'd me with your SR... time to get crackin on it!

Though the number of gatherings is down, the # of large 60+ gatherings is up. We have 20 - 60+ gatherings and 13 - 20 events... so I'm pretty excited!

Hello Cospeeps! It is time to start finishing up your photo order, check on those #'s of possible attending and post it HERE!

NOW... This is VERY Important! If your gathering is scheduled for G9 please check your numbers and get back to me ASAP. My feet on the ground in SJ says we have lost space in this location and that means it will be harder to accomodate more than 45 peeps in a gathering. Now is the time to slide you around. BLEACH, I have already moved you over to G8 a, b, c please note it on your thread.


I am receiving SR's that are not complete so I can not confirm your SR request time. Please make sure your SR PM is complete with URL & Name info.

In 20 days I will be in SJ doing the Old School Gathering... :) It's right around the corner!

ATTENTION Organizers & Cosplayers:

Due to the construction G9 will not be available this year. All gatherings listed as "G9" &/or in red on the 1st post will need to relocate. These gatherings will take PRIORITY at this time until they are situated.

Also: G6 & G7 have been reduced, but should still be ok, HOWEVER, G7 will no longer be available when G6 is in use.  If a gathering/event is scheduled for G6 then G7 is now included in their space usage for their hour.

I will NOT be updating the list until these issues are resolved, so IF I have not added you to the list PLEASE PM me and list your gathering/event in the subject line so I can work with all those who are currently unlisted if necessary.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT SO PLEASE LET YOUR ORGANIZERS KNOW THAT I NEED THEM TO READ THIS POST AND ACT ACCORDINGLY!
