Just a reminder to the organizers:
If you don't submit a complete SR to me before the 16th and get your gathering/event on the 1st post you will NOT be on the Gatherings Information boards that will appear around Fanime.

For those that have completed their SR's:
Make sure you have your Confirmation's done and update your threads with your photo order's etc.

For the organizers who have completed their SR's & Confirmation:
Don't forget to check in at the Gatherings Table 1/2 hour BEFORE your gathering. Some of you have department photographers attached to your gathering and will need to remind the CG staff when you check in.

So if you do not fall in one of the above categories of organizers then you will need to get your process going QUICKLY if you plan to be advertised on the Official Gatherings List.
