Hey there cospeeps! No I am not dead or turned into a zombie.... yet :P but oh am I internet challenged right now! I have moved from the northern hole I lived in for 10 years to the capitol and I am still unboxing UGH! Maikiritori should come get me Sunday and I will update the list with the new gatherings. I appreciate everyone keeping this forum section uncluttered and everyone getting their first post info up correctly because it will make updating the forum much quicker.

So Sunday... Starbucks w/Pumpkinspice Latte I will join you and update the threads.

I have updated the first post. If your gathering/event url is not listed then check your first post to make sure the correct info is on it.
If your thread from 2011 got locked and you wish to run your gathering again please pm me with your thread url and I will unlock it.

If you have a question feel free to shoot me a pm.

By 11/20/2011 I will start thread clean up. If your organizer has been inactive please contact them and tell them to update their first post &/or post in their thread. All inactive threads will be lock by 11/30/2011.

If you want your gathering or event to be listed around the convention, tweeted, and on the official list then you need to make sure you follow the guidelines.

Currently I can not list your url because it is only a C.c thread. If you would like it to be an official gathering then it must have a Fanime Forum thread. Please take a few minutes and check out the first four posts of the above listed url.

I hate to be harsh, but since I am behind already, I will be completing thread clean up of all dead, seriously inactive and unofficial threads by the first of the year. I have a whole lot more fun planned for all the cospeeps out here and with the construction/deconstruction of a big portion of the gatherings area I will admit to being slightly distracted with other business.

So please get the first post of your gathering thread up to offical status and post it here (if I haven't already listed you) our current count is 56 potential gatherings and 7 events.
