Actually, it was a picnic, not a tea. Plus, it was really hard to manage that last minute, so obviously it wouldnt be perfect. I'm sorry.

Well, what if instead of pressuring people to buy foods that might not be enough,
what if we all went to lunch and brought food back to an outdoor spot.

That might be too difficult considering how many people are participating, but I just wouldn't like the idea of running out. And wouldn't it be speedy to mass order from a restaurant or two and pick it all up?

Thats actually a smarter idea. We can get some sort of maybe Fast food(since its easier and cheaper), or something, and come back to eat, play BINGO, and so on. That way, if all else fails, I can bring cups, soda and chips just for add ons(since I still have a big thing of unopened plastic cups) xD

I also do appreciate the ideas, people. :) It's just, wait until we get further into it. Cause I may or may not have time to host another picnic. I'd like to though, and everyones help thinking of an idea might help. :) Thank you~

Oh dear, I might be in one of three costumes. Either Lyra(accompanied by a Silver), Kigurumi-style Plusle(Maybe with Minun), or theres one more that I cannot say until after halloween since Its a secret to some of my friends who might see this >_> Hahahaha :) But those are what im trying for. Im also gonna start planning events and order of pictures and all that by December, as a warning. Along with updating the list. Since its so far away, people are bound to change or not be able to go, so im just gonna wait for a little bit. But feel free to tell me if you might be doing things, or if you need help choosing between two or whatever, ask. As leader of this gathering, I'd be glad to talk to people about things.

ALSO, When I said that I will be making an order for the photos, that means I'm gonna list the pictures I want and we'll be definately doing those pictures and then we can do your ideas. But since it got so fustrating last year, I want to try to organize it better! Plus, The LOCATION will be discussed when I have time. I love this gathering and it's been fun. I dont want it to be fustrating because that makes the gathering start out bad.

Haha, Sorry for talking so much, but I havent added anything in for a while, so I thought I'd make sure everyone was updated. :) Also, if anyone gets ideas for anything about this gathering, tell me! Another thing is your opinion counts. I've been known to try to make everyone happy, and thats a bad flaw sometimes, but since Im that way, Ill listen to you. Dont be afraid to chat :)

I'm going to try for a Genesect or Flygon gijinka.  I'll make a final decision after some thought.

Confirming that I will be there again! So will the Miltank from 2011.

But I'm going in 2012 as a standard Absol gijinka (so much whiiite! D8!)

I'm getting surgery done on my feet in January, so I'll be able to run around more and attend the picnic/after-gathering party by the time Fanime rolls around.

I just hope  it won't conflict with the MLP gathering. :'D

it shouldnt conflict w/ MLP Lulu & i and her cosplay friend are all going to it >.< so i doubt they'd be very close
