Arcade style controller was release for a limited time and for 300$ iirc. You'd have to find a used one... good luck with that.

If I remember correctly, that specific IIDX controller was ripped from a IIDX machine and modded to work on the PS2.

Well I talked to the owner of the controller since we keep in touch.  He told me it's a cabinet controller modded to a ps2 just like Zerocide stated.  He told me that thing cost 1700 bux!  But you gotta admit if u want something similar and cheaper its better to check out the DJ Dao's product.
