Question about getting a Vendors Liscense

So, I have art ideas I wanna do for furture Cons, and i was wondering how hard it is to get a vendors liscense for just the weekends of Con or How exactly I could get one to be able to sell my Artistic Creations in the Artist Alley.

If anyone could provide me with an answer that would be GR8!
