I woke up with my Pillow on fire (;_;)

Well it was actually milting, but there was smoke and a burn hole, so I assume there was a lot of heat.

Anyways, somehow my pillow made it all the way to were my lamp was on the side of my bed, which apparently was on even though I turned it off last night, and the window was open just enough for the sun to shine on the pillow. All this added up to my pillow milting from the heat.

That was a nice pillow. It was made out of that Tempur-Pedic stuff. And this gooey liquid from the melting got on everything in the immediate area. A little even got on my hug pillow.

The pillows themselves can be pretty costly. I think like 60-100 dollars if I remember correctly? Unless prices went down.

I had one 2 months ago. I accidentally tipped my lamp over when I was moving my computer around and it shattered. Out of a need for a light I jacked the current bulb from my restroom.

Ooooo.  Bad Idea.

Most light fixture lamps are rated from 60 to 100 watts.  Higher wattage = more heat.

Your lamp probably only needs a 15 or 25 watt lamp.
