Well, it's what the topic describes.

I went and rewatched "Fullmetal Panic Fumoffu?!" again. And I think that most funniest episode you should check out is the final episode. It's just hilarious! It's the episode where Sasuke brought in a biological weapon to school and someone accidently opened it. But the thing is the biological weapon doesn't kill but eats the clothing of the victim.

From the TV Show Burn Notice on USA:

Season 1 Episode 7 "Broken Rules"
Michael infiltrates a crime gang terrorizing a merchant by posing as a crazed thief. Meanwhile, Michael blackmails Agent Bly to reveal information about his burn notice.

Seriously one of the better episodes of the first season, if not the entire show.

Is that when he trapped these guys in a car and poured turpintine? God that episode is funny as hell.
