^ Big Boss. At the end of his life, he finally understood what The Boss' (his mentor) will. He also reconciled with Solid Snake (now Old Snake) and ended his feud with Zero (his commanding officer in MGS3). And to see him die, you'll understand what he went through starting from MGS3, Portable Ops, Peace Walker, Ground Zeroes, and The Phantom Pain and it's really interesting.

^ Bought my pass already. Booked the weekend for DoubleTree for my friends and I, which is fine because I have reliable transportation for the 4 of us to and from the convention center. I'm currently on a waiting list for a hotel closer to the convention and I spoke with a roommate of mine who works for the Hilton and he said he'll inform me if he hears anything. So I'm content that my situation is fine.
< I also don't have a room for Day Zero but have the same convenience. My hubby and I live in Morgan Hill and driving isn't an issue.
