That vest is ordered and I've been digging through some old gear trying to find a motorola radio, the kind that were brick-like in design and rivaled a cinderblock in weight. and After watching an ing-mogul episode, I'm consiering making a .50 cal mounted machinegun out of EVA foam to bring and challenge Heavy to a duel...and lose.

Pre-painted Smoker mask pre-view

This mofo took only a little more than an hour to make, and only a few more hours to completely dry (picture was taken at 50% dried). Plastic mask, paper-mache, and an assortment of styrofoam orbs. It's lumpier than it looks; I tried to get as accurate as possible with the placement of the boils/tumors.

Unfortunately, it's heavier than anticipated, and I'm going to need to do some fancy strap-work to attach it to my face. But in the meantime, I still need to paint it and possibly sand it down a little. I can breathe easily enough, and there's a mouth opening for two reasons.

Hey there, this will be my first FanimeCon EVER and I'm a big Hl2 fan. I wanted to represent a decent rebel. So I'll be showing up as one. Still waiting on a few items to be shipped in. Can't wait to meet everyone! Have there been many people dressed up as rebels in the past?

We want to keep it secret until a week or less before Fanime. :3
