Registering Kids

Want to get the family all registered.  At what age are the badges no longer free?  I think last year 10 and under were free and you had to register kids at the con (no pre-reg).  Is it the same this year?  I saw nothing on the registration page (might want to add for others to see too).

Please let me know ASAP as I have an 11 year old and don't want to miss the 11/6 registration deadline. (eek!)
