Since Fanime is the closest convention to Gaia Online's main office, I was thinking maybe having a panel? If we could get in contact with someone at Gaia it would be nice to have them for discussion about up coming things, questions etc. Is there already a panel? And if not a panel maybe just a Gaia gathering?

There's a large official Gaia panel every year at Fanime. Even if it hasn't been announced yet, odds are there will be one again this year, or an official gathering at the very least.

Yeah, there hasn't been any mention of any 2010 conventions thus far on Gaia but it's a no doubt they'll be coming! I can't wait either! I've already started to harass DJ Hellsing lol!
