Time limit here?  If not:

Switch on A for a couple days, it'll burn out.  Turn on B, leave C off.  Burnt one is A, lit is B, out is C.

You turn one on for a few minutes and then turn it off. You then turn another on and enter the room. The one that is on is the one that is on (duh.) The warm bulb is the one you toyed with earlier and the third one is obviously the cold bulb.

Who wants to volunteer another one of these?
