Group Registration?

How does a group registration work?  ???

Pretty much you create an account then create people. When all the people are in then you pay for them all. I think you can add more later and pay for them at that time too. When con comes, the group leader shows ID and picks up the group's badges. ONLY the group leader can pick up the badges and no one else may.

What if you have a parent paying for you and other people? Do they sign up for an account and then just add the people they're paying for or do they have to buy a badge as well?
