I want to go as Neo Queen Serenity, but only if it's within an acceptable price range. If it would be too expensive, I have other ideas, so I'd like to see what people can do :)

Neo Queen Serenity is my first choice

Also, if some one were to make me a costume, depending on how much I like it, I'll probably throw in some comics.
I want detail, not total cheapess.  A fair balance is okay. Dont make it badly to make it cheap, and dont make it toooo extravagent and make it too expensive.
