Is my dress ok for the dance?

ok so i'm a little scared but this is my second fanime but i didn't go to the black and white ball last year so im double checking on my costume im wearing cause I didn't have proper atire to go last year.
I'm going to be gwendolyn from odin sphere in her big dress so im making 100% sure no one will have a problem with it. Its a hoop skirt and i modified it like sewing the hem of the black dress to the lowest hoop on it so it doesnt drag and added straps to the top so i dont have an accident > >;
its not me but thats the dress im going to wear.
