Hey, I was wondering, since they changed the main Fanime.com site, are they going to still put the countdown until Fanime there?  It gets me so excited watching it!  ^.^

If you look at the hours it actually is 24.6 days away, which would place it on Thursday the 27th. Technically Fanime "starts" on Thursday night. Sooo...yeah I think it still works.

yes, i was confused at first but i figured it out.  I've been counting down via calendar appointments on my phone since the 200 day mark, which is obsessive and tedious, but i'm just that excited. 

saying it's twenty five days from now is acurate. 

saying it's twenty four days and twenty three hours and fifty nine minutes from now is also acurate.

That's what i was implying by posting that, it was a literary device meant for irony.  Don't dissect it.

Well she was just posting the 'official' start date. I know that there are many people that consider the official start date/time as whenever they get their badge and some will see FanimeCon "starting" the second they see cosplayers. So many ways to "start" FanimeCon. ;)
