Changed Hotel Reservation Information

I just changed the reservation information through the housing site. I just changed the credit card info that was it. It is updated and everything, it just shows like a box, with the numbers 1 and 2, 1 being the first time a placed the reservation, and the second one showing the newly updated information. So my question is, now that it shows two reservations for the same date and everything, except for the payment option, will I be billed for both or will it take time for the old information to go away?

It just shows the history of the changes you made, but they will only look at the most recent changes so it will be only billed once.
