Hi All Artists
We were just cleared by the fire marshal to add more tables to our Art Alley!!!!!

So everyone on the waitlist,
We will be sending out e-mails this week letting you know to go pay for your tables and sign your contracts. We will be releasing them in blocks so it’s not going to be a free for all. It will be in the order you signed up on our reg site.

For paid artists
We will be starting the seating arrangements. If you were one of the lucky first 100 you will be getting an e-mail from me asking where you want to sit. If not your account on the reg site will automatically be updated with a table number and you will receive an e-mail.

We are doing our best to seat people where they request and with who they request but please know that picking your seat and or requests is a privilege and not a right.

We have also had a lot of requests for power at the tables. This year there are NO tables with power at them. We will have a communal power strip at the staff table and you are welcome to come and plug in (please note that AA staff and Fanime are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items left at the staff table and also reserve the right to allow you to plug in if your item may damage another or is to large)
