Newb question about Thursday's line for pre-reg. :D

I know pick-up starts at 5pm up till 8pm.

But, what time do people usually start to line up?
How long are the lines usually? =O

This is my first time to actually pre-register...
So, I'm curious. >.<
I want to make sure I have enough time to pick up the badge...
And make it to the line for selling at the Swap Meet.

Yeah, I'm probably thinking too much.
But, I need some peace of mind. D:

there's no need to line up extra early for the pre-reg lines on Thursday evening. Though some of you hardcore fans who want to get an early jump on picking up your badges may want to hang out and mingle.

the actual pick up process is very quick and easy. the line goes away easily within the first 30 mins or less.

just remember to bring:

e-mail [postcard] confirmation
US issued, State ID, Passport, government issued ID.

5pm to 8pm so just be there between these times and you'll be fine.

no need to worry or fret.

Suggested "best entrance" to the building to get directly to Reg itself? I've been prone to end up on the wrong end of the building once or twice for other events. While walking around to check things out is a nice thing, I kind of want to wait for such things until AFTER I have our badges ;D

Is that the receipt we got from pre-registering online?

The e-postcard will be available to print from the account you created when you registered. I don't think it's up yet, but check for it a few days before con.

It's just a form that has your name and other info on it that makes pulling up your badge easier.
