Question on badge pick-up

All right. So I signed up my little cousin and my friend under my name (meaning... I guess we're a group of three and I paid for the both of them?), but I won't be there for badge pick-up (or the con at all, for that matter).

Will they still be able to pick up their own badges at the con?
