Badge pick up issue!

Alright so I'm fine I'm 21 and everything and got my ID and pre-reged yey

However my 13 year old cousin forgot to pre-reg and he just has the Early Registration. We usually pick up our badges together so the id thing isn't a problem but since he's early reg this year he has to pick it up Friday morning right? Anyways he's only 13 and doesn't have a Official State ID, so I am asking for some assistance as to what to do about this issue. Best thing I can do is print him and myselfs confirmation that we bought our badges but no id for him :(

O also more info, we are not group registered together, but would that even be a possible option? For me to add him into my group? I of course can't do that now without making him another account paying for him again which would be silly. Sorry for all the fuss just really want to get this issue resolved.
