Does anyone know what type of event would
be good indoors? I need to know because I don't
want the people in my gathering to be bored durring
the gathering thats going to be inside the convention.
Any suggestions? Help and answers would be appreciated,
thanks!

First, let me say I've never seen anyone bored at a gathering.  Between meeting a whole bunch of people who are fans of the same thing that you are, seeing the great cosplays they bring with them, posing for pictures, taking pictures and just feeding off the energy of the convention, there's just no time to be bored.  You'll be surprised how soon your time is up...I am every year.

If you want to do something else fun too, that's great.  I find that it's easiest to think of something you would normally do and give it an anime, or in your case specifically a Kingdom Hearts, twist.  That's how I wind up with the Anime themed BINGO games and Uno cards.  You're pretty close to the convention, so you might not have the time needed for those kind of things.  But you could always make some alterations on games like "I Spy" or "20 questions".  At one time we were going to play "Shark" for my gathering, but we have so much going on now that that's been sidelined.  If you want I can give you the rules for that game.  With the right group of energetic people, and your group of Kingdom Hearts cosplayers seem very energetic this year, it can be a total blast.

You'll have fun no matter what you do.  Just try to remember to step back and watch the gathering once or twice.  I find that my BEST fanime memories are stepping back and watching how well a gathering comes together.  It's amazing to see all of the people you've been talking to online meet up and just blow you away with how awesome they really are.  You'll miss that part if you worry about the details too much at your gathering.
Sometimes I'm glad I became a teacher.  Other times I wish I had simply become a ninja.
