Badge Pickup for Sibling?

I am going to pick up my badge on Thursday and my brother can't come because he has work until 8pm but he wants to do late night Day 0 stuff. Am I able to pick it up for him if I have maybe his ID and his e-mail confirmation? We of course have the same last names and address.

Unfortunately, only the person that is listed as the member may register and pick up their badge. The only exception is if the account is created in a group, however current accounts may not be placed in a group, especially this late in the game.
