Fanime Sweet 16 party

I understand that the Fanime birthday party is a ticketed event. Is there any chance that tickets would be auctioned off with the proceeds going to the Red Cross or APA?

I don't think so because this event is on Saturday and the Charity Auction is on Sunday. Ditto for the Yamaga Party since both are running on the same day (Sunday) at the same time.

Hunt probably isn't the word to use. :P

If you want a hint on how to find them, they will most likely be giving these surveys on an iDevice (iPod Touch or iPhone) or small netbooks. I believe that at least one of them will be working the Registration line on Friday.

FanimeCon turns 16 this year, and we're celebrating with a Sweet Sixteen party. We'll have drinks, snacks, games, and of course – cake*! You don't need to bring a birthday present, but you will need a ticket. Leading up to the party, various events will give away tickets for this extremely limited gathering. Here's to many happy returns!

Oh my these little ones grow up so fast! I makes me wonder how we're going to celebrate other big birthdays... like her 18th and 21st birthdays!  ;D

I still think an eventual bounce house for the kids [and big kids] would be awesome. Every awesome birthday party should have one. [again just an random crazy idea/suggestion].

Wait... there's a Yamaga party?  Oh, so there is.  I missed last years' after getting Meet the Guests/Meet Gainax tix at '08 and having a blast.  Any hints on getting Yamaga party tickets this year, or is it just 'hang around stage zero at the right times and be lucky' like last year?
