time to arrive on Thursday?

i know the gaming room opens at 3pm
but anything before that? is there any reason to arrive before 3pm? what time does the building open to public on Thursday?
This will be my first time going to fanime on Thursday.

Opening Ceremonies are Friday, not Thursday.

Registration opens at 5 PM on Thursday, so I doubt anything else will be happening before then. Swap meet is at 7 PM, I don't know if the arcade will be ready or not.

I'll be at day 0 but I have to wait until my sister gets out of work I won't leave my house around 5 or 6 pm so I might be there around 7 pm

seven's a good time to get there i think, though if you're planning on getting your badge you'd better skedaddle into line, it ends at eight.
