Shortly after the masquerade, I went into an elevator in the marriot out of costume. As I walked in with a friend there were two girls in the elevator talking about how one of the girls had literally just gotten done showing the other girl the original Yes dance on youtube and how both of them thought we were amazing in our skit. After a minute or so of them talking I finally spilled that I was the dude in green shaking it for all it was worth and thanked them for watching the skit.

Now, I doubt that those two will be reading these forums (well, the odds are slim anyway), but on the off-chance that they do read it, those comments immediately after our skit and being made without knowing either of us three were there to hear, well, it really made our night and probably the con as a whole. From that point on we knew we had accomplished putting a smile onto a lot of people's faces and that's what we had set out to do =)

Thanks random elevator girls, you guys rock!

Lol, that's awesome, everytime I heard someone out in the little lobby area in front of our room I felt compelled to open the door all seductive like!

i saw you guys in the dealers den, the costumes gave me a much needed lol (and i mean that as a compliment, very orginal and it caught me off gaurd and made me laugh)

Uh oh, now you've got something that's going to bug you for the rest of your days!

Having never heard the Yes dance before, the skit was one of those that made the strongest impressions on me. I had to go and look it up after I got home Saturday night. Thanks to the 3 of you for coming up with it and executing wonderfully! I don't know if you were in costume on Saturday, but on Sunday who didn't know who the 3 of you were!

You guys were amazing! I was talking to a friend about leaving Masquerade early when she said "Wait! let's at least stay for this!" I turned around and saw you guys doing your skit. I swear I have never laughed so much during masquerade. It was probably the funniest skit this year. Saw you guys in artist's alley and cursed myself for not bringing a camera. Rock on Super Yaoi Brothers!

I know this is a late response but I would like to thank everyone for their kind words. Don't be afraid to come up to us and ask for a picture. Remember, it's your childhood that we're ruining and not the other way around. =P

The Yaoi Bros just got back from AX where we redid our interpretation of the Yes Dance for the second and final time. I must say, the Fanime masquerade crowd was wild, animated, and far more excited, which sits well for me being that Fanime is the Bay Area con (our hometown). Again, I want to thank you guys for the fabulous support.

That is really unfortunate because after seeing you walk into your room I was like "Guys! I want a picture with that black ranger!!!"

yes you guys were amazing. when me and my friend, lightening from FFXIII, went back home we showed the video and pictures to EVERYONE. now everyone i know knows about you guys and they all know the yes dance. seriously, ive been to alot of Fanimes and seen alot of skits and just loved you guys. SO FUNNY!!! i am glad that our praises made your fanime and hope to see you again next year!!

and just to prove im really one of the random elevator girls here is the picture of me and my friend, sadly its only of our heads but hopefully we made a good enough impression for you to remember us by our interesting makeup!!
