Gilroy Garlic Festival Gathering! July 23~25

I remember this festival all to well...getting dared to eat the whole glaric ice cream. Ugh, never again I say. I might get dragged out there this year, we'll see hope to see some of you there.

*ahem*  Garlic Ice Cream isn't bad at all.  You barely taste the Garlic.  I remember eating this in 2008 twice.  :)

That's the point of the festival: gahhh-lic! BAM!  Garlic ice cream though it sounds hideous, it's not what you think. It's more vanilla sweet than anything, plus a faint aftertaste, but not strong garlicy.


BTW, "BIG GARLIC that's on fire" ? What's that?

Due to way too many conflicting schedules [ to complex of a social life i suppose :P ]

I will not be going this year.

My girlfriend pulled the " girlfriend needs attention card " this weekend, and she didnt want to deal with the crowds and the heat in gilroy this weekend.

Looks like I'll be going to a few birthday bbq's instead and nerding out while watching the TV coverage of Comic Con 10.
