Well, There was no gathering for RO this year, so I guess I'll do the organizing for this one. So, whoever wants to come to this, please post.

This is how I am going to do it(Hopefully BSaphire won't mind)

Location: Guadalupe River Park-2 blocks north from the main convention center entrance.
Time: 12 p.m Saturday

After you check in, Please advise your gathering that Fanime will be taking photos of the group and if they do not wish to be in them to step aside. If they stay then they are giving consent to be photographed.

The organizer checks in with the table for gatherings meaning me I have to do that :P

This would be awesome to see next year! I was surprised there wasn't on this year.... If you want this thread listed be sure and put the Fanime photo disclaimer on the first post please. ^^) You might want a meet up place too for those that are new to Fanime and don't know where the park is. That park has changed a lot since 2005. Did a .Hack// ALL photo shoot there and it was so much fun. Not the same now though....

BTW... also make sure that peeps bring water with them to that location. When we were there and it was shadier (?) we were very thirsty after about an hour we all went back to grab something to drink.

My brother and I were HP this year. I was pretty surprised that there wasn't a gathering this year. But now I'm excited for next year!


My brother will go as a champion and I'll be either a female sniper, assassin cross, or Valkyrie. (I'll confirm it later)

I was trying to hunt down RO cosplayers this year at my table but before I gave them a free RO button they left. ;-;

I will be making a Biochemist outfit (hopefully) for next year. :3

If I get to the gathering you guys can have a free RO button. (I'm going to try to make the MVP's and mini bosses.)

the setting is a lot quieter, no background people in the shots, more open space and a lot of good locations for shoots.
