Wow, yeah, big dress. I have a feeling that the Fairmount (which is very victorian epic tea party status) may not let us use the lobby and if that's the case we can just get some blankets and picknick on the grass. Hopefully you can sit on the ground better (a pillow for knees may help)

I think I can do a floor sit pretty easy..the hoop skirt collapses. Getting back up will simply require a little assistance from my hubby or an available steady body, just so that I have something to grab on to :)

That works :D So we'll just have a little picnic if we get enough people. Maybe a potluck? We each bring something?  That might work, since Me getting that much money to feed 20 people will be really hard. If theres that much.

Potluck it is! XD Should it be any kind of food, or limit it to Tea and baked goods or something? (I only like iced tea, so maybe different kinda of tea? :D haha)

I think the food should be whatever we can afford... I can look into a tea set (my mom collects them). I'll try to find something we could possibly use. There is always the option of just buying a couple of gallons of tea if worst comes to worst but "brewing" up some hot and cold tea shouldn't be an issue. I have an epic coffee pot that'll stay hot all day that we could possibly use (for hot water) if I remember to bring it to the hotel. And then just bring some ice from the hotels for iced tea. ^^

yes. Or buy a few things of that Lipton(?) Iced tea. Its WAY more sugarry, but hey, for me that good. xD I might see if I can bake cookies and see if I can shape them into Hearts, Clovers, Spades, Diamonds, and rabbits :) Since Alice in wonderland has those themes to it. xD  But we'll never know till later. :)

Is anyone getting a room in the Fairmount Hotel? If so That might help store food and stuff maybe? The Gathering wouldnt be early. It'l probably be 3 or later. So yeaaa.

I had one last year (or this year technically lol) it was such a beautiful hotel but waaaayyy to many charges. They had a charge to empty out the minibar before we arrived... I'm looking into the Hilton for '11. But, I saw a bunch of people hanging out in the lobby, what I don't know is if they'll let us eat in there.... hm, we'll just have to wait and see for that I guess.

Lipton works too lol. I love the sugar in it. O.O We can pour it into a tea pot and pretend like it's normal tea.

And Yes~! We'll get a few kinds. Raspberry Iced tea(my personal favorite), Sweet Tea, Lemon tea, all that.
Lets hope I CAN make cookies. My mom is REALLY strict about deits, so no cookies, but I can say its for my gathering and she might agree :)

If I make some it'll be from a box (or bag since they put the mix in bags now), I can brings those in the shape of bunnies, stars, and chicks because those are the only cookie cutters I have. lol

Well, we can both bring cookies that way we're guaranteed enough cookies at least lol. Maybe I can trick my grandma into teaching me how to make cookies before the con... it'll be hard, she's never home... she has more of a social life then me. -___-

Ooo, off topic but I need to know. Has anyone ever heard of the anime Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro? I can't seem to find anyone who has... It'd be nice to know that I'm not a lone and also spread the word. XD

Its early in the year too! We have about 7 months before fanime XD and everyone starts coming on  about... 4 months after this one? XD haha

Yeah... that's about Hotel time so when people put that payment down they are defiantly coming lol. Hopefully fanime puts up the hotel discounts around February everything seemed so rushed last time. >.<

And I dont ;( I only go to Fanime sadly. But I love Fanime and its like my favorite time of Year, so Its all good :D

For an idea, Since I'm being Alice, I'm probably gonna carry a white rabbit and maybe I can make a flag or something that says something like "Dont be late!" or "Alice in WonderLand Gathering!" Or something. But I'm not sure. I'm just hoping we get more people xD
