I changed my cosplays btw o3o Sry for the inconvenience D:  I'll be belphegor o3ob And, Yes! A private tea party sounds pleasant! :O There's an Umineko group that did that in Katsucon and I thought it seems fun. o3ob

Tea Party Plan out:
Day: Sunday
Time: After Gathering around the masquerade time so every thing is fairly quiet.
Is anyone participating in the masquerade this year that would like to join the tea party?

The gathering has been decided to be on Sunday!

To help out Mi Feng, I will be taking over the position as head for the Umineko gathering!!!
Please excuse my first time novice experience with this, but with Mi Feng's help and all of your support this shall definitely be a fun gathering!

Help is always appreciated, however I will need to receive a pm from Mi Feng that she has handed the organizer position to you. She is running more than one gathering so if you are taking over for her in that one she can let me know that also.

In the mean time, if you copy the list and update it with current info. Post it here then I will copy that and update the first post.
Thank you for helping out with this. I just need clarification so that no one's upset.

Day- Sunday 3:30 PM
MP & L: FH L (Fairmont Hotel Lobby)

EVENT:
Umineko Tea Party 2011:

Day- Sunday 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
MP & L: CCPFH = (Park across from Fairmont Hotel; Caesar Chavez Plaza)
Any Umineko cosplayers are welcome to join us for this potluck style tea party. Please feel free to meet us for the gathering to walk to the park, or meet us there! Don't forget to bring something to share!"

Haha, I'm sorry for not updating as much as I would like to. xD;

But I think I might actually be able to go if it's confirmed on Sunday. (: I'll also have my friend as Lambdadelta with me... Maybe.
I'll update the thread when we confirm our schedule. ^^;

My friend who is going as Amakusa wants to bring sodas.
I wanted to bring either a Sache torte or cupcakes... >w>;; I'll probably end up bringing vanilla and chocolate cupcakes...
Just because it's easier and I can make a bunch for a group of people.

I was thinking of making posters since this is the first Umineko tea party.
If anyone's interested in getting one just send me a message of what two people you'd like and I'll try my best to work on that.
