Crazy idea: Fanime should turn the extra convention space into sleeping space. Didn't get a room? Bring your sleeping bag and air mattress and join in on the slumber party!

As much as the scramble for Fanime housing sucked, at least you don't have to drive through an ICE STORM to get to con. Such as the case for Katsucon in Washington D.C.

I wonder if they'd consider a "donate what you want" system. Probably not. Because it would probably end up failing horribly.

It'd be great if they could implement some kind of tiered system, though. I'd pay $50 for early badge pick-up.
