Artist alley and Pre-Reg

Do I have to buy a seperate ticket if I want to buy a table at artist alley (like, I have to buy a pre-registration ticket along with artist alley table, or do I just have to get the table)?

You will have to purchase a full weekend membership and also apply for an Artists Alley table. (:

You cannot just get a table without a membership.

Is there any way to be put on a list to be notified when the Artist Alley registration is up? I REALLY want to do it this year (as I have for the last two years) but it is always booked up solid by the time I get there.
