How do we get on the wait list for rooms? I put two reservations down for the Crowne Plaza but I really want to the Hilton since I've stayed there every year since forever ;_;

I'm not sure if you'll be able to get the whole weekend on the waiting list. I already had a reservation at the Hilton for Friday - Monday and was put on the wait list for a Thursday arrival instead.

But it's worth a shot, so go ahead and ask.

Hello there. I'm having a problem changing the card info on my reservation. Every time I try to complete the reservation it says it has timed out or the server is not responding.

I emailed housing with the same question, but it's a weekend so I don't expect a response until at least monday night-ish. (I know they have lives to)

Anyone else get this problem? How did you get passed it?

Got it working now, guess the site was just glitching yesterday? Oh well, all is good now.
