No shoes no service?

So I know there's a rule to were everyone has to wear at least some sort of footwear and cannot walk around bear foot.
So I'm cos-playing Juri from Street Fighter and I'll be wearing sandals and since the sandals aren't part of her costume...
Would it be okay for me to take them off if someone wants to take a picture of me?
