Registration difficulties

I've been trying to register today since about 10AM and it appears the registration server is down. Any estimates on when this issue will be resolved?

It seems the server is back up but is only displaying the message: "It works!" and no registration information.

There should not be any problem with the upcoming end of pre-reg...
