Selling things as the RE4 Merchant

A few years ago I cosplayed the Merchant from RE4 and as part of the costume and for fun I sold a few glow sticks. Now I going to do this cosplay again this year and after talking to a friend he wants to sell glowsticks with me. The thing is I want to make sure two people selling walking around glow sticks is kosher?

Selling glowsticks is not kosher, as the RE4 merchant or otherwise.
