This is such a broad general question that it's impossile to answer. Prices vary according to hundreds of different things.

Plushies range between 1$ -> 500$
Keychains range from 25cents -> 50$

Things like, popularity, rarity, size, quality, etc. etc. etc.

"Souvineers" cost however much you're willing to spend.

It also depends whether the anime series you're looking for has domestic released products vs imported. Anything licensed & released by GE (Greast Eastern) will probably be the best bang for your wallet.

GE has licensed quite a few main stream titles for plushies, keychains, and figures such as:
