Who's up for a brawl? Grab your favorite weapon and join us for FanimeCon 2011's Nintendo/Super Smash Bros. gathering! Characters from all Nintendo-created franchises are welcome. And Sonic and Snake too.

I have an epic Meta Knight costume (first time anyone will see it too!) But it is rather large (6' tall, 5' wide but can compress to fit through doors) and if it is windy outside, I could glide away (so indoors please lol)! Also, it is rather cumbersome to equip as it takes about 10 minutes to put it on and activate all electronic systems (this monster has 6 electronic systems, and eats batteries like Kirby eats... well anything); so I would like to plan ahead and know when and where I should show up for a photo opportunity.

Wow, that sounds great! The lobby near the convention center entrance seems like the easiest indoor place to meet. How does that sound? As stated above, the current plan is to have the gathering on Friday at 4PM.

Works for me, I will be attending the craftsmanship judging at 2pm on Friday, so I can stay in costume after the judging to go for a photo.

Thanks to everyone who came to the gathering. Even though it was a last minute addition, we had a great turnout and I know I had a lot of fun. Thanks again and post pics if you got 'em!
