Someone else bought my badge

If someone else bought my badge do they need to be there when i pick it up?
And can i pick up someone else's badge for them?

Are there multiple people registered to the account? If so, whoever signed up first is group leader and will have to pick up all the badges in the group. No one else in the group may pick up the badges. Unless you are group leader, you may not pick up anyone else's badge.

If you're the only one registered on the account, then you pick up the badge. Just to clarify, it is your name on the badge, right? Badges are non-transferable, so if your friend's name is on the badge, it will belong to them.

If it is your name and you are the only name on that account, only you can pick it up. If there are multiple people in the group, only the group leader can pick them up.
