Hey there everyone!
Do you dig DOCTOR WHO? :3
Well...I call for a meetup for those with similar interests!

On a related note, there will be cosplayers there.
So feel free to dress up, or to just discuss the series.

UPDATE ~~We're not sure yet, but maybe Saturday or Friday?~~
The gathering will take place Friday at 1:20 pm :)~

Tentative Location: In front of the Convention Center?? Does anyone have better ideas? :)

Doctor Who was my major obsession before I became aware of anime. Not that I'm old or anything, but I used to watch it on San Francisco's KQED channel 9.

Im planning on Cosplaying the Tardis some year. ^_^ two of my friends cosplay the doctor and i love the show. Who cant love that show really.
The only problem with my tardis cosplay is that its not made yet XD Nor can i fit it in my car. I just need to measure stuff out and buy the cloth only part im scared at is that the pannels i draw on will be bad and fit it into my car...

Ooh, a TARDIS! xD But yeah, cosplay or no, it's always nice to meet up with fellow Whovians. =) I'm more of a New Who fan (Primarily Steven Moffat era), but I'm starting to branch out into Classic stuff.

@Everyone that's interested in the time/place:
So far, we've only finalized that the gathering will occur Friday afternoon.
I'm thinking....maybe (edit) 2 pm? (of course, this can be modified.)
This will be my first time at Fanime, so any suggestions for the locale would be ace!

Also, Plasmid- I'll bring a friend and my own SLR camera for some impromptu DW posing shots.
I haven't heard back from the other photographer, so this is a good alternative!~

As long as it's in a non-badged area, that's fine. I'm probably showing up to con around noon, and my mom will probably still be in line getting my group's badges. ^^;

I owe this to my friend who loves Doctor Who but alas, is leaving to go back home to Ireland the day before Fanime. :'( I shall take many pictures for her.
