Sadly I was just informed on Sunday about the event and I would love to be able to attend this event.
I really don't know how or where to start as this would be my first time attending.
Where and how could I get full weekend "tickets" (i'm not sure if it goes by something else) and would I be able to do cosplay?
I would dress up as sailor moon if able to find a way to attend.
Please PLEASEE help me I would love some information about Fanime.

It's called memberships- not tickets. (: And you can cosplay if you like, it is up to you and is not required by any means, though it is encouraged! Hehe.

you can buy a full day pass on Friday in the non-pre-reg line (which is more towards the right side if you're walking in from the front)
