need to cancel room

Hi, I am in need of some serious help. I need to cancel my room at the hilton but i ran out of minutes on my phone so I can't call them. I have no way of contacting the hotel to cancel is there any way i can cancel my reservation through email? :(

I wasnt able to borrow any of my friends phones cuz they either had school/work/ out of town but i finally got a hold of one of my friends and im going to use his phone tomorrow.

my arrival date in the 27th, :/ the ppl i was supposed to go with cancelled last weekend on me so Hilton is charging me 90 bucks for cancelling.

Ouch...sorry to hear that. I just canceled my reservation to the Arena Hotel (at $88 a night, very far away from Convention Center) earlier tonight and upgraded to 3 nights at the Hotel De Anza (like 3 blocks away and at $155 a night for Deluxe King Room). I arrive on the 27th and leave on the 30th.

I'm pretty sure you can cancel through the Hilton website.

@otakuya I've been trying to do that but for some reason the Hilton website isnt registering the confirmation number that fanime gave me :/

That's because the Fanime confirmation number is for the Fanime Housing Bureau.  When they transferred the reservation to the Hilton, they would assign it a whole new number.  You'll need to call them and have them look up your name/arrival date.
